• Complete refactoring of the iOS application: migrated the entire codebase from Objective-C to modern Swift

• Improved performance, maintainability, and user experience through clean architecture and up-to-date iOS practices

• Introduced several key new features that made the product even more user-friendly and reliable

• Implemented real-time video & voice consultations using Twilio

• Built stable real-time communication layer with WebSockets for chat and live updates

• Ensured smooth integration with the existing backend and medicine delivery service
